One curious provision is Clause 9(2)(d) that says that if you have allocated land--- Land and journalism, when we have talked about constitutional provisions! Is the Media Council going to be allocating land? I do not understand what this clause serves here. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, with those few remarks, I support but with amendments.
