    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in her submission, she alluded to the fact that, indeed, contractual obligations of the Government in payment of the contractors has not been carried out. They have not done their obligations as per the contract. Is it not true that several contractors have actually taken the Government to court demanding the cost of non-payments in time? Where does the Government intend to get that money that will be used to pay the contractors for their omitting or refusing to respect the contractual obligations as signed by the two bodies?"
