    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Indeed, science and technology are the main drivers of our economy. Any country which does not believe in science or does not invest in research is a country that is doomed to fail because, at the end of the day, that is what determines the society that we will live in today if we are serious in investing in research, science and technology right from primary to secondary schools. We should develop a system whereby science and technology in this country become a solution to every problem we face. We must be willing to start from that lower level right from the primary and secondary levels."
