First of all, I took note of the fact that this Bill was being debated without a heavy presence of the Education and Information Technology Members in the House. Secondly, our Whips should do a better job in getting our Senators to the House. Therefore, there being no quorum, the House is adjourned until tomorrow, Wednesday, 20th November, 2013 at 9.00 am.
