    "content": "(i) Formation of a special quick response unit with members drawn from all the security agencies; that is, the Administration Police Service, the Kenya Police Service, the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and the National Intelligence Service (NIS). (ii) Enhanced intelligence information gathering and sharing among the different security agencies. (iii) Use of public barazas in order to sensitize members of the public on the need to volunteer information. (iv) Use of community policing forum and the Nyumba Kumi concept to educate the public on the need to be vigilant.
