    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The honourable Chairman is perfectly in order to ask that we grant him an opportunity to hide some facts from the public. If it is in the thinking and desire of a Member that they must have access to this information, then the Standing Orders normally tell us that a Member can move and request that all strangers be asked to leave the House. So, Sen. Haji might not necessarily have been out of order. Sen. Machage could as well have asked that strangers be asked to leave the House. He is quite in order."
