Standing Order No.90 deals with matters sub judice or secret. Standing Order No.90 (1) reads:- “Subject to paragraph (5), no Senator shall refer to any particular matter which is sub judice or which, by the operation of any written law, is secret.” I think that the Chairman needs to confirm to us whether that information is secret and by which law. Failure to do so, that information should be availed."
