    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I represent the Cabinet Secretary by issuing this Statement. I am not a lawyer to quote any section of the law of the country that will bar them from giving this information. That notwithstanding, if you so direct, I will ask them to provide that information. But I think that, first and foremost, we should consider what value it will add by making public the number of guns held by KPRs in Turkana. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as to the question asked by the Senator; whether or not some of those guns were taken from the police in Baragoi, the information does not really tell us about that. This was a request from the Cabinet Secretary, but we will abide by whatever ruling the Chair will give."
