"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to tell this House that I complied with the instructions given by the Speaker and communicated the same to the Ministry concerned. Immediately you issued that instruction, I beckoned the Clerk of the Senate, went to his office and rang the officers in that office to make this Statement available today. That is not my business. At 10.00 a.m., I rang the same office and I was assured that the Statement will be here. I stand here annoyed and very embarrassed. We are trying to co- operate and assist, but people are not taking us seriously. I may be forced, with the consent of this House to name that office so that the Senate can decide what to do with it. I am sorry I do not have the Statement with me."
