"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a very disheartening report that we have received from a very senior Senator; a Senator who has even served as Minister for Internal Security and even taken up other responsibilities in Government than the Cabinet Secretary. This is just a Secretary not listening to the orders from our senior Senator. We are very disturbed as the Senate and I really sympathize with the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Security and Foreign Relations. I want to thank him for the role he has played to date.
