    "content": "Thank you very much, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to make a few remarks on this very important Bill. Unless we want to misuse words in saying what we want, this is a very sober Bill that is asking the whole country that development without involvement of everybody does not become good development. Madam Temporary Speaker, if you look at the memorandum of this Bill, it is very simple. Let us not make a forum where we appear as if we have war with anybody. We have no war with any Governor and those who have their personal wars, should not use this platform to try and condemn our colleagues at home. This is a simple matter; that we want to get involved.
