    "content": "THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 14th June, 2011 on the approval of the nominations of Dr. Willy Munywoki Mutunga as the Chief Justice; Ms. Nancy Makhoha Baraza as the Deputy Chief Justice and Mr. Keriako Tobiko as the Director of Public Prosecutions pursuant to Articles 166(1)(a) and 157(2) of the Constitution read together with Section 24 of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution subject to the deletion of Paragraph (3) on page four and Paragraph (iv) on page 30 of the Report."
