On point (d), I wanted to establish if any matter pertaining to tax at Aga Khan Hospital has been brought before the office of the Attorney General and his response on the same. Pursuant to Standing Order No.44, the Chairperson of the Committee took up the issue and requested for a Statement. Subsequently, the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade sought a response from the Kenya Revenue Authority, the institution responsible for the matter. The Commissioner-General’s response is as follows---"
