    "content": "Now, one of the areas that I would like an amendment is a case where two drivers are involved in an accident and only one is compensated. That one does not make a lot of sense. Secondly, if we put a blanket cover that if somebody dies he or she is given a compensation cover of Kshs3 million, that also needs amendment. It depends on the victim himself. Okay, there is the income and all that. I think it should not be a blanket cover. Another thing is that the victims must be given an opportunity, such that if they want to go for litigation they should be allowed. It should not be a blanket cover. I beg to support this Bill with a few amendments that we are going to propose in the Committee."
