    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Sessional Committee on Devolved Government on the establishment of cities, municipalities and towns under the Urban Areas and Cities Act. In the Statement, the Chairperson should address the following: (i) Which counties have operationalised the Act by establishing management of cities and urban areas; (ii) why it has taken so long to operationalise the Act; and, (ii) how long it will take to operationalise the Act in all the counties."
