    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also take the opportunity to contribute to this very important Bill. Let me start by thanking the Minister for his dedication and the way he has brought Bills to this House. You realize that this morning we had reports showing that our Government has lost a lot of money in certain Ministries. Therefore, creation of this audit office and the Controller of Budget will stem some of the problems that have already affected management of our institutions."
