    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. We appreciate the importance of the Motion before the House. I also do agree with Sen. Wako that this is a matter which needs to be debated and given a lot of time, when the House has all the time and mind for this Motion. Some of us were supposed to go to Mombasa today, but we were requested to stay behind because of the other business which is pending before the House. I think that, that is why most of the Members have made the effort to be here. Therefore, I would like to move, under Standing Order No.97, that the debate on this Motion be now adjourned, so that the House can discuss the next business of this House. We will come to this debate after we dispose of the other business for which we had been requested to be in the House today. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I would like to ask Sen. Keter to second the Motion."
