    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, under New Clause 4, Section 91B (2), there is a repetition. It reads:- “The Chair of the Board in appointing the members of the board under paragraphs (g), (h), (i) and (j) of sub-section (1), the chairperson of the board shall ensure that the appointments reflect the various diversities among the people in the sub-county.” Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I propose that we delete the words “the Chair of the Board” so that it reads:- “In appointing the members of the board under paragraphs (g), (h), (i) and (j) of sub-section (1), the chairperson of the board shall ensure that the appointments reflect the various diversities among the people in the sub-county.”"
