Members, the Chair is cognizant of the fact that it had previously given an extension of time to the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC) until Thursday, last week to lay the Papers on the appointments to Constitutional offices; that is, the Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice and the Director of Public Prosecutions. The Chair will use its own discretion to allow the Committee to table the same as soon as they are ready. The Chair is informed that they will be ready in the next one hour."
