    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I want to support the views expressed by Sen. Billow Kerrow. These are people who are elected with a mandate to legislate. You see, even if you call him “assembly woman,” would those people down there be able to pronounce the title “assembly woman” or “assembly man?” Again, why deny these guys a title which I think they deserve? I, therefore, oppose the amendment."
