I did not want to disturb the House but, unfortunately, the Committee on Energy, Roads and Transportation has been invited to Mombasa, to attend the launch of the standard gauge railway line. That will take about six of us away from voting tomorrow and might hurt these very good Bills. I do not know how I can bend the Speaker’s ruling. I see the urgency on the side, but if the Members are not sufficient, we might hurt the whole thing. Since I can see my Vice- Chairman there, maybe he can add one or two words. Maybe we can decide not to go."
