Having said as much, what you are attempting to do today is to debate a matter that had been communicated from the Chair by your own Speaker only yesterday afternoon. Sen. Kajwang, a request, was made to the House; your Speaker considered that request and found that it was a very noble request. Because whatever we do in this House is not in vain; whatever laws we make, whatever Motions we debate are meant for the national good, and there is no other better good, in my view, than when the Executive is implementing things that are going to fast track the economic development of the nation.
