    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to second this request, really on the basis that we would want as much as possible, through consultation, to try and resolve this matter amicably. The opportunity should be given for that and I think that a week or two will suffice. It may very well be that this is a matter that can be resolved very amicably and we move forward. We have an image at the Pan-African Parliament to keep and so, if we can resolve this matter amicably, we will be able to restore the respect that, that Parliament has for the Parliament for Kenya.
