    "content": " I therefore order that the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations should go back and look at the questions before them together with the report of yesterday and give a comprehensive answer to the House in two weeks’ time. In the meantime, I also need to remind all of us that the Committee should give notice to any other interested party,, particularly Sen.
