It is important that both the leadership of the House, who are the Senate Majority Leader and the Senate Minority Leader have a clear time table of the business of the House and be able to track who should be where and when. I will give a comprehensive ruling on Tuesday next week as to the way forward on this matter. In the meantime, every Committee is reminded that they should take the business of the House seriously. Before we go to the next order, as earlier ruled by the Speaker in order No.12, it was the Mover who was on the Floor and since the Mover was not present, the Motion was deferred to the next sitting. For the Motion on Order No.14 the Mover has requested that the Motion be deferred to another date."
