This is due to poor waste management including not having toilets. In some parts of this country, you have up to 80 per cent of the population not having toilets at all. This is because of lack of resources. There is also the high cost of pollution of big water resources such as Lake Victoria. Why do we have hyacinth? It is because of poor waste management. If we were to take care of that, we would have one of the best water sources in the world. This is the second biggest fresh water lake in the world which would attract a lot of tourists, but now it is a disaster and not attracting anybody. I support."
