    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Standing Committee on Energy, Roads and Transportation on the familiarization tour of the geothermal plant in Olkaria, Naivasha County on 12th August, 2013 laid on the table of the House on Tuesday, 26th November, 2013. In furtherance to the mandate that this Committee has, they visited Olkaria Geothermal Plant on 12th August, 2013 to familiarize themselves with the operations of KenGen and the generation of electricity through geothermal.
