    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, this is a very urgent matter. Assets are being disposed of and yet the shareholders who are the majority of Kenya and whom we represent in this House are losing. I would only request the Committee to give the issue priority. Once losses are incurred and investments losses are taken up by the poor minority shareholders, our people will lose and they do not have power to face court battles. I believe this is a very urgent matter that we, as the representatives of people, must address without any delay and should be given priority. Hon. Speaker, Sir, I would request that this be given priority and we get the Statement before the end of next week."
