    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir. I also want to add my voice to this debate. This is because I find this Bill to be very good in terms of wildlife. I think it covers everything that is wildlife in a very good way. But if you look at the KWS in Kenya, every wildlife expert will tell you that wildlife does not exist in isolation, they exist with human beings and wildlife parks are surrounded by communities. In fact, in Kenya, it is estimated that 75 per cent of wildlife actually lives outside the national parks.
