I am quite sure that the Advisory Committee will take into account the traditions that have been established. I am quite sure that a tradition will emerge that the Senator should get this particular title and a Member of National Assembly (MNA) should get that particular title. What you require in these rules is what Sen. Billow has stated; that a Senator or a MNA who has served at least one term should be given a befitting title. Let us leave it to the Advisory Committee. That also will now answer Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo’s question, where we are now saying that we should get a higher title than others. Therefore, we do not have to put it in the regulations because it will come through the Committee in the natural way."
