(Prof.) Kindiki): Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT, Regulation 1 of the Regulations be amended by deleting the words “come into operation” appearing immediately after the words “and shall” and substituting therefor the words “be deemed to have come into operation”. Madam Temporary Chairperson, Regulation 1 is very clear. The amendment is very clear that we want to delete the words come into operation appearing immediately after the words “and shall and substituting thereof the words “be deemed to have come into operation.” This is just a matter of usage of English to make the regulation more elegant. I beg to move and request Sen. Murkomen to second."
