It is important that representation of the national Government in the Uwezo Management Committee at the Constituency level be maintained. The effect of this is to ensure that the Sub-County Commissioner, the District Development Officer and the District Accountant remain members. The reason for this is because they are signatories. So, the remaining members are members of the constituencies. The rest of the eight or nine members are the ones to be appointed by Members of the National Assembly or the Members of County Assemblies."
