However, in my plain reading, I do not know whether I should proceed with this point of order. The information I want to give is that, considering that this Motion touches on counties, I rise on Standing Order No.51(3) to request that you defer the putting of the Question to tomorrow at a time that you will determine so that we have a quorum for the purpose of voting."
