The truth of the matter is that your answer in part âbâ is totally misleading. The documents that were forwarded by the CDF Limuru to the CDF Board were actually forwarded to your Ministry. In that forwarding letter, which I wish to table here, there are 26 projects, among them Limuru which had its documents in order; both the evaluation report and the tender documents. The Bills of Quantities form part of the tender documents and they were forwarded to the Ministry vide this letter I want to table here."
