    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this Report and also congratulate the Members of the Committee for taking their responsibility seriously and going round to see what is going on in that particular sector. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Report is on geothermal mainly and that is a clean and cheap source of energy. That is the way we should go. But I would also like the Committee to take interest in other sources of energy like wind, which is also a cheap source of energy and might not require a lot of work like drilling of the steam wells. Currently, we have a project which has taken time to take off, that is, the wind power which is on the eastern shores of Lake Turkana in Marsabit County.
