    "content": "THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC) laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday June 14th 2011 on the approval of the nominations of Dr. Willy Munywoki Mutunga as the Chief Justice, Ms. Nancy Makokha Barasa as the Deputy Chief Justice and Mr. Keriako Tobiko as the Director of Public Prosecutions pursuant to Articles 166(1)(a) and 157(2) of the Constitution read together with Section 24 of the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution."
