Mr. Speaker, Sir, Sen. Musila raised the following questions:- (a) whether the Minister is aware that Victory Construction Company took seven years to construct the Kitui-Kangonde Road; (b) whether he is aware that by the time the road was completed, the area that they had started with had already started peeling off; and, (c) whether he is further aware that Victory Construction Company took seven years to construct 24.6 kilometres on Makutano-Kikima-Tawa Road and that the areas that were started---"
