    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as you know, there was confusion regarding responsibility over roads. Some contractors actually slowed down because they had not been paid. I understand that this is one of those cases. But I am now told that after the Government released funds, the contractor has been paid. My understanding is that he was expected to resume work on 25th September, to complete the balance of the 4.6 kilometres that the hon. Senator is talking about. So, my understanding is that after he had been paid, he was expected to go back. I will just confirm whether or not he has gone back."
