    "content": "So, that is the general structure of the Fund and we will be proposing some few amendments tomorrow because we have to get them to the National Assembly and we have to get concurrence because of the need to get this thing done within the stipulated time. It is already six months into the financial year and if we do not get it approved this December, then it is likely that this money will probably not have been utilized and the year will end. I would urge Members to support us in getting this approved tomorrow so that we go into Committee Stage and make whatever amendments. I beg to move."
