    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I have two things. The first one is that the Chair has found that the letter is admissible. The second point is that already it is on record in this House that the departmental committee took up a matter with this Minister and his Ministry, and on the strength of that matter, senior officers in his Ministry have been arraigned in court on matters of corruption. In view of this, would it not be in order that the House specifically recommends that this matter goes to the committee, with the express instructions that; after the committee is through with its work, its report must be brought to the House? Regarding the report in respect of cemetery land, there was an attempt for it to be brought here but it is still pending. Kenyans are in court. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government was mentioned in that issue. Because that report was never brought before the House, the House has never had an opportunity to hear from him about what part he played in that issue of the cemetery land. Could this be referred to the committee with those specific recommendations?"
