However, this contractor alluded to the same thing happening in the Ministry. That is why he is being asked to take Bills of Quantities, which he had only purchased one copy. He had only one copy which he submitted to the Ministry. However, his officers in the Ministry want him to submit the same to them. That is why he has alleged that he underwent similar circumstances."
