    "content": "The Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, 2013, is in keeping with the practice of taking minor amendments, which do not merit the publication of a separate Bill and consolidating them into one Bill. I want to state from the outset that this Bill was read the First Time and has gone to the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs after we reduced the referral period to 14 days. We intend to bring it through the House Business Committee as the last one, so that Members can go through it. I will go very fast on just a number of highlights."
