    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the analysis of water is meant to tell us how poisonous the water is. I will be touching on it when I will be giving a statement that has been asked earlier. The analysis is not to say there is no pollution. Pollution maybe pollution of soil running from the sites of cultivation near river banks, which according to us, as experts, means pollutions. It does not mean poisoning. The analysis is to see whether the kind of pollution we are receiving also has poisonous effects."
