    "content": "There is the Kenya Anti-Counterfeit Act, 2008. The Bill proposes to amend this Act to provide for the establishment of a board to manage that agency. There is also the National Youth Council Act, 2009 and the Bill proposes to amend this Act to streamline the membership of the Youth Advisory Board and clarify its functions.
