    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not think that this Ministry has taken this matter very seriously. The word “Athi” in my mother tongue means “white” and I am sure my people, the Boranas, were here through the migration process. It exactly explains that, that water was very clean at that point in time. However, having said that and in order to show the seriousness of this matter - because Kenya is one of those countries where water is scarce- could this Ministry give us a copy of the programme to conclusion and what they expect it to cost to make sure that, that water can be used for human consumption?"
