Is the Assistant Minister in order, because we have been raising this matter on very many occasions, not to table the report by the Government Chemist on the results of this river? This report was requested more than three months ago. The last ruling was that when the Assistant Minister comes to answer this Question, she should table the Government Chemist’s report on the pollution of this river. Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead this House?"
