    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I stand to oppose this Bill. When you look at this Bill, it is taking Kenyans back to the dark ages. First of all, I want to point out that the Office of the Attorney-General has become a conveyor belt. This Bill went through that office and what you find in it are things which are very bad for the citizens of this country. If you are arrested today, the police can deny you bail, yet the Constitution gives you that."
