I am standing to support this Bill, with the hope and knowledge that this House is a House that will consider all these matters objectively. I realize that this Bill actually matured after 14 days, when it came in for the First Reading. I am also aware that the Committee did not get it in good time. What we need to improve at this point is matters of public participation as well as the Committees to get the relevant clauses that affect different Departmental Committees."
