    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this Bill. From the outset, I stand to oppose strongly the provisions of this Bill. In the Memorandum of Objects and Reasons, line two states that:- “This statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, 2013 is in keeping with the practice of effecting minor amendments which do not merit the publication of a separate Bill and consolidating them into one Bill”."
