    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have no problem with accompanying Members of Parliament. With regard to tasting the water, I have already admitted that it is polluted. When hon. Kabogo asked the initial Question, it rightfully went to the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation because of the poisonous issues involved. That is why I said that it is very important that we get the real facts and actual status of that water. That is why we want to take the samples to the Government Chemist. I will take what I have been given and compare with the results that will come out. The other one is programme of work. The hon. Member has asked why we are not serious and why we do not have a programme of work. Nobody has asked us to come up with a programme of work. If the Question had asked for a programme of work, we would have given that. That is because already, we have a programme that is going on; that is the cleaning of our rivers."
